Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage:
We provide a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.
Warranty Claims Process:
If you believe your paddle is covered under this warranty, please contact our customer service team at drop@dwellpickleball.com We will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may require providing proof of purchase and detailed information regarding the issue.
Warranty Evaluation:
Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will evaluate the issue to determine if it falls within the coverage of our warranty policy. We reserve the right to inspect the paddle to assess the nature of the defect.
Warranty Resolution:
If the defect is found to be covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the paddle with the same model or a comparable one. In the event that the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a similar paddle of equal or higher value.
Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper storage, modifications, accidents, or any damage caused by non-standard usage or neglect. The warranty also does not cover cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the paddle's performance.
Return Shipping:
If a return or exchange is required as part of the warranty claim, the customer is responsible for shipping the paddle to us. However, if the claim is deemed valid, we will cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced paddle.
Return Policy
We have a 15 day return policy for paddles or apparel purchased on DwellPickleball.com or from an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase required. Paddles or apparel must be returned new and in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. There are no returns accepted for custom designed paddles. To initiate a return, please contact us at drop@dwellpickleball.com .
Items sent back to us without first emailing us to initiate a warranty claim or return will not be accepted. Please note that our warranty and return policies are subject to change without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your specific purchase.
